WHAT WE DO 
We purchase apartment buildings, duplexes, triplexes, homes, vacant land, and commercial properties.  Certain buying requirements need to be met but, in most cases we can by your house in as little as 7 days.  Most retail buyers demand that all major repairs and most minor repairs are done at the seller's expense before closing. Many retail buyers have home inspections done and want the house to be in top condition. Sellers may even have a liability if problems crop up in the future for the buyer if it was not properly disclosed or repaired.  These traditional means of purchasing a property can take months and most of the time result in a no-sale situation.  We, on the other hand, buy properties "AS IS."
